I was just thinking about this and I've put it in here because I was philosophising on it

Love is not a human right

Therefore should/do you count yourself lucky if you are loved or do you just take it for granted

And what are we if we are not loved and what are we if we do not love

That's all I wanted to say really

Quote:
"being loved" is not officially listed as a human right, but many argue it is a fundamental human need and a necessary component of human dignity that human rights law protects indirectly. International human rights law and modern legal interpretations focus on the right to form relationships, the right to family life, and freedom from violence and discrimination within those relationships, which are all closely tied to the concept of being loved. The absence of love can be harmful, leading to negative impacts on both physical and mental health.
