Hello

I am Gem or Iota. I was recently diagnosed with ADHD primarily inattentive in my 30s, I also struggle with OCD, CPTSD and panic attacks.

I joined Wrong Planet to hopefully meet some like minded individuals. I have found making friends difficult due to my conditions and would love to have discussions and a community to be involved with. I spent a very long time thinking someone had accidentally put me on the "wrong planet" to obviously find out later I was neurodiverse, and now I would like to find my people.

I live in the UK and enjoy; the natural world, swimming, cooking, gaming, researching topics, art, writing, music, animals, the ocean.

Links or written Info that could aide a perdon in research as well as possibly finding persons that might share similiar veiws to your own ?

I'm Autism Spectrum Disorder, Level 1 (Mild) and my bride is ADHD. I suspect both of us would believe our neurodiversity is better than the other.

But we'd both be in love with the other. :heart:
