What was counterintuitive for you?
two days ago, woke up, frozen feet. three pairs of socks and a jacket
took off socks and jacket. feet got warmer.
counterintuitive
Yes have been through the Thermos bottle syndrome ,( my words for it). feels like blood viscosity did not self adjust.
Been outside in the snow. Trying to remove larger downed branches from the weather. Got numb from cold . Seemed
perseverating on getting the branch taken care, Went beyond what it should have . And was not recovering well .
It took quite a while in a very warm shower to ever get it close to inside temp . Doctor told me to sit in a hot water bath
later on ,when I went to see him .And later I tried adding coffee intake to improve circulation,i thought.
Used , hot water bottles on my chest and feet at night, eventually which helped quite abit, nowadays they also have microwaveable hotpacks available .For more modern thinking peeps.
On the other post regarding college .. Maybe not all the direct info was always useful. With exception of computer science info. Which did get me a good entry level job doing coding and operations back then .And in college it gave me a a better concept of Adulting , and interacting with professional people .
And getting an idea of where my weaknesses were in dealing with people . Which still to this day is a learning process
I feel . But must admit towards later in life found the degree , did not serve me well . But it did round me out business wise . imho.
