Do you think it was a good idea Remaking Mgs3 snake eater exactly the same but in unreal 5 engine graphics or should developers have remade the game from the ground up like resident evil 4 remake?

I think it was a good move since there are far too many remakes and a remaster is a breath of fresh air. I dont think that metal gear needs to be remade since the series is basically finished but i would love if they ported peace walker to a modern system - with proper upscaling.

I wouldn't necessarily like a mg1 + 2 remaster, just a port that keeps the file tight and playable.

Honestly, I would love if they added more accessibility settings to any of these games in the hypothetical ports hahaha.

What about remastering original resident evil 4 in unreal engine 5

I don't think it necessarily needs it, its just something nice to have. Some games function better with their original software.
