Imagine that

There was that writing contest at the end of the previous month and I entered my short story and... I got a publishing proposal I was SURE that if I even managed to win, I was just going to get a book - the collection of horror stories but no, they liked my story so much that - so very, very unexpectedly - I got a real publishing proposal - for the second time in my life It is going to be released at the end of the next year

Btw, some lady who is a medium, told me once that in my previous life I was a writer It would explain my penchant for writing Another medium told me in turn that in my other incarnations I was an Irish blacksmith, a big dude who was almost two meters tall - and in another life I used to be a Polish child who died at like 4-5

You can only imagine the look on my face when I saw the email informing me about winning this contest

There is such a Polish saying, according to which you are in skylarks all over when you are happy but I think I'm rather in PTERODACTYLS all over because as I recently wrote in my diary on the occassion of another big winning, skylarks are so tiny, certainly not big enough to desribe my joy using those as the metaphor - not as big as my joy, that's for sure
