i am doing degree on a profession orriented course.but as soon as i completed my college i have found that all the hard work i did to get in a good university in a hope of finding a new life ,new friends was nothing but mare dreams.and my first academic year was really stressful and a complete nightmare.
almost each day i live a life of solitude.seems like i am one person in this world.so my dream often is such as going to some no man island.coz i am already living in a black hole among this hundred thousand people.this just how my everyday life is.
as for this i dont find any motivation to study or do anthing to make my future life any easier.and these days i cant concentrate anymore. this degree is very important for me.but i cant bring myself to work.most of the time i feel tired and for simplest reason i feel extremely depressed.i have lost any further wish to do better .what should i do.i really need some advice

It sounds as though you may have depression. Perhaps speaking to a medical practitioner might help. They could give you medication (although I appreciate that not everyone likes the idea of medication) and it might also be worth trying counselling, although you need to make sure you see a therapist who has good understanding and experience of autism spectrum conditions.

I wish you well.

Cheer up, no_reason91. :)

You not put yourself down like this. You can do anything if you believe in yourself. Trust me, it works for me a lot.
