which mods do you use in world of warcraft ?

do you know the website project lore where people go farming mobs in outland and empty dungeons ?

if you know it do you know what mods they use so you can see what spells hits ennemies or you for damage instead in the combat log ? check one of the movies you see what i mean

www.projectlore.com

they also have 'leveling' guides (ideas what to do to reach levels ) etc

I don't know all that much, so I can't really answer most of this. Never heard of that website, the one people I know use is http://thottbot.com/
Apparently it tells you exactly where your quest stuff is.

Sigh... I have been trying to quit. I canceled my account and have been "clean" for a couple of weeks.

The only mods I ever really used were the map ones. I didn't like to clutter the screen.

Scrolling Combat text, Quest Helper, Rogue Focus, Rogue Stun Timer, Sorhens(Sp) Hunter Timer, used to use Bongos, Atlas, list goes on and on.

I really like a mod called "auctioneer", it is a tracking program that helps you make smart economic choices. Once it's installed, you can "scan" the auction house periodically to update the mod's database on your machine, and it will create a baseline of what things are worth on your server. It will then suggest prices for auctioning things, tell you if it's better to vendor, disenchant or auction something, even scan the AH for undervalued items if you like. It's almost essential for making lots of gold in WoW if you're a fairly casual player like myself.

My favourate mods would be:
-Omen (threat meter)
-Group Calender (especially good for organising stuff if you're in a guild)
-Atlas/Atlas Loot (displays factions and there rewards, also maps of instances and the loot mobs/bosses drop)

that's all I can think of atm.

And yeah I heard about projectlore. It's a pretty awesome site, especially if you're looking for strategies on how to go about doing instances. The videos shows playthrough of instances and even provide commentary for them.

When I played WoW I didn't use mods at all... except for when I did raids and my guild required certain ones.
