I was just wondering, with the few threads about biology and fetal testosterone levels and such floating around, if any other women here have hormone problems, general reproductive system issues, or gender issues.

If the hormone balance is off during fetal development, then presumably it could carry over once one is born.

I myself had to be put on birth control at a young age to control hormone problems, and now have an implant because missing even a single birth control pill caused serious problems. I've had gender identity issues for as long as I can remember.

What problems, if any, have you had?

Hor-moan problems topic

Not since menopause. Now everything has evened out, and my thinking is clear.

I have always said that hormones do nasty things to AS, in many cases.

I find that encouraging that there's still hope for me yet.

I agree hormones and AS don't play together nicely...at least not in my case.

I think I have a hormonal imbalance...an unwanted hair problem.
I have PMDD too. I blame birth control for that.
