Can I get honest opinions plz?

It looks exactly like the one in the game "Star Trek: Birth of the Federation."

Very nice, I love the color fade.
The only thing I see that doesn't quite work is the small detached pieces under the horns (or whatever). They break up the overall clean look, and I think it would look better if you just removed them.
Sometimes you have to sacrifice some details for the overall effect.
Just my opinion, but that's what you asked for.

It's the Romulan symbol, at least from the TNG era (there was an older one in TOS, but it wasn't very prevalent). Small change at the top, with Rihansu (sp?) font

hm, the top and bottom parts don't fit because they don't have the texture similar like in the middle, and well, it's a little bit lopsided (yes I'm picky).
I'd prefer the top letters in big, HUGE, behind and a little bit below the bat (or whatever the thing in the middle is), but that's my opinion.
Anyway, good start (:
