Stress Problem with Parents!
I think I found the reason why I'm so stressed every day, my parents, mainly my mom. Recently I've been getting slot of head aches that will not go away even after medication, and start paying attention to when I would get them, every time I have started to feel my head aches and aches in general coming back again it's always right after the same word out of the same mouth " No you can't do that" " No don't do that"! Ok I'm 15, and I can understand why some parents would say no to a child, but this ridiculous, everything I want to do it's always the same answer "NO!" I can't cut, drill, melt, saw, burn, nail, heck I can't even try to do maintnence on my car! I can't even touch there stuff because they beleive I'm going to break it, and when something is broken what's the first thing out of my parents mouths "What did you do!?". So then I offer help on fixing something I didn't break, but saw they were a bit comfused on, I get " No, let me do it you don't know anything more than do" or " No just don't touch it!". Seriously is there something I'm missing, WTF, it's like my parents don't want me to anything! Now it's starting to give me head aches, I beleive that's a sign, that something needs to change, how do I get my parents to allow me to do stuff, and I don't need to do any more chores to prove this that and the other! Please help me!?!

Would it be possible to get them to sit down with you (when they and you are calm) to disscuss this with them? If gentle language is used to explain how you are feeling and to ask them how they are feeling, there is a possiblity that things could improve a little. I don't know for sure if this will work for you, it might though.
Though, remember, gentle language. What I mean by this, not shouting over them (even if it annoys you what they say) and asking calmly and quietly for them to listen to you. It may or may not work. I find it sometimes works for me when people are acting in ways I don't understand and stuff like that. Good luck.
