I dunno if this has been done, I'm just asking randomly, LOL.

Mine is a pic of the Colosseum in Rome. It's cos Italy is one of my obsessions, and that's where I wanna live when I'm older (well, not actually IN the Colosseum, but you know what I mean, LOL). And I chose this specific picture because I like the way the lights sort of glow.

The serene old man matches my mood - well it did at the time I picked it. At the moment a nuclear mushroom cloud would be more appropriate.

I really like the pre-Raphaelite artists. My favorite is actually Bouguereau. I am not such a huge fan of the woman named Swynnerton who painted my avatar, but this particular painting of hers, called "The Sense of Sight" just has something special about it.

Plus, the girl in the picture (she's really an angel, but the wings are cropped out) is looking up, which kind of goes with the name I chose, Philothea, meaning "loves God". Every time I do something foolish here, like tell a joke about farts, I feel kind of bad for using that name, LOL.

Mine is from Benny & Joon because that is my favorite movie. I am going to find another B&J avatar someday soon and change it to that if I can find another one that is small.
