Wrong Planet founder Alex Plank interviewed on the radio

I was interviewed on Monday by Michael Boll of Autism Podcast. He asked me about WrongPlanet.net, autism, and my life as a successful individual with Asperger's Syndrome. The interview is an interesting look into the person behind Wrong Planet (me).
I think we had a great interview and I really enjoyed reminiscing about my early childhood experiences, which many of you will definitely relate to. Also, we touched on what it's like to run a gigantic web community of individuals who have the same condition as me.

(User Info | Send a Message) | | I loved listening to your podcast. Being a mother of a child diagnosed w/ Asperger's, you would think I would know that not everyone has the pedantic sound the doctors told me my son should sound like (but he never did,) but I was surprised to hear you sound so NT.
Thank you for this site. I am so lost dealing with my son, he seems so NT...to look at him, but he is soooo crazy other times. I try to get him to sign up w/ your site, but he doesn't want anyone to know he is different...so instead, I print off the blogs that deal w/ concerns he has...and he will read them. Thank you for this site and everything else you are working on. I look forward to see more from you. |
