Thanks for the replies, guys. I think I'll just do my own thing and tell anyone who asks that I'm waiting for the right person. And if I never meet here...

Small notes are always easier to remember than big chunks of text. When I'm studying for History exams I write out little skeleton essays written in bullet-point form. These take a long time to produce, but they seriously helped me in my last exams. |

Heh heh. That would be perfect. |

I'm really good at recongizing faces. I'm always pointing to someone on the street who looks like someone else I know, or like a celebrity.
Can't remember names easily, though. |

Yo. Firstly, usual disclaimer, I don't know if I have AS or not, not self-diagnosing,blah blah blah you get the idea. That said, even if I don't have it I seem to have a lot in common with the people here, so I figured someone might be able to help me with this. I'm 19 and I've never had a girlfrien... |

But if someone provides me with a logical explanation as to why the change is necessary, or how the change will be an improvement, that helps a lot. I know exactly how you feel. It really frustrates me when people insist on me doing things that has no rational or logical basis. For me, AS is what g... |

I feel like that a lot. Ordinary situations like having to return something at a store (shopping itself is okay, it's interacting with the staff beyond paying for my stuff that bothers me) makes me extremely anxious beforehand (sometimes I can't work up the courage to actually do it) and leaves me f... |

Managed to lock in on it today. Haven't done it for a long time. Funny thing is that once I do, the other person starts evading my eyes. It's like they're way too afraid to hold it with me. You could be staring at them too much. I find that if I can force myself into eye contact I sometimes get too... |

I'm just going to give my two cents on this. At the moment I don't know whether I have AS. I suspect I might, because reading descriptions of the symptoms is like reading a description of myself- there are problems listed there I've had for as far back as I can remember that have always been a myste... |
