| Despite my Aspergers, I find that I've gotten the art of a first impression down pat these days after many years of trial an error. But then I have to watch it all unravel from there. Once we reach our intended post-courting destination, how are we supposed to navigate a lifetime of more of the same? |

I sometimes find when I need to have an important conversation with someone, I prefer to use text message (even if they're in the same room) because it's easier not to get lost in the countless little distractions that can slip me up in a face to face conversation.
Anyone else have similar issues? |

Yeah, I often find the people I know who are most affected by my aspergers are the people who don't think I have it.
They're in denial, yet consistently puzzled and annoyed by my behaviour. |
