Same thing here. It has taken a long time for me to realise that I don´t have ambitions, rather than that I am lazy. I don´t really understand the concept of being ambitious. If it means that you want to do what you like doing, then I am already ambitious: I have my intense interests, and I usually ... |

Isn´t there an Autism Centre where you live? There you might get a diagnose. In the Netherlands it is included in your health assurance. |

You might be an aspie if...
... you have learned how to speak a foreign language fluently, but never had the opportunity to use it on a (native) speaker. |

You're an Aspie if you point out the correct use of the English language to your college English Language teacher during the lesson. ... and if you get horribly frustrated when you're griping about a sign that says "Everyone should leave their books on the table at the back of the room" to your fri... |

Haha, I often do that too. I like finding and (ab-)using cognates. Etymology: one of the most interesting subjects ever. |

In my country, the Netherlands, people are quite individualistic and theybelieve more in what's inside of you, rather than what you wear, how much money you make or if you can speak like certain groups do. I have just returned from a one month's stay in South Africa. I always notice there that peopl... |

I'm 37 now, but people here in Holland estimate me 30. In South Africa, however, they think I'm ten to thirteen years younger! Last month I was in SA again, which has been a rather rejuvenating experience! A girl even told me I looked 22, 23. So that's 15 years younger. Unbelievable. :D Probably bec... |

Oh, the glory of Wikipedia... I must restrain myself, the collective mind of humanity beckons me...
