I was lucky enough to get a job when I graduated but have been stuck there ever since. Too afraid to leave and find a new job (not that I need to as its fairly well paid but not exactly what I want to be doing for the rest of my life). So I fancy a change. I have a few business ideas which I'm inter...

Loved Worms! My favourite is Worms DC for Amiga. Its got a lot of features from Armageddon but I prefer the older style graphics.

What's the sound capabilities of the gameboy like? Any characteristic sound? To me the 'gameboy' sound was like stripped down NES... but I don't think I was paying enough attention. No you're right, but that IS the characteristic. Extremely low bitrate sound. While sounds for a NES or even a SID ch...

Cool. Another Logic user here. Thats awesome what you did with the ES1. Tracking certainly is a big change but its something you get used to. I think the strengths are the absolutely mad effects you can apply to each note. You could do the same with Logic but its quicker with a tracker since you can...

Very cool Pugly!

Some bit remind me of Take On Me by Aha. Very happy sounding, I like it!

What did you use to create it? Have you heard of Famitracker?

Possibly, I play guitar. But I wouldn't do it on my own. If we could form some kind of band then I might consider it.

I'm weird though, I liked Wasteland better than Fallout  Yay! I also prefer Wasteland. It seems to capture the post apocalyptic atmosphere a little better than Fallout (for me anyway). I like the portraits for all the different characters you encounter. I want to play through all these games ...

Yup, I'm well aware of that site. Awesome site, but everything is public domain stuff. So sometimes I want to read more current books.

Hex editor, wow thats hardcore! Ok here is what I do: 1) Take an eBook. If its a PDF then I use Adobe Reader's 'Save as text' option to export to .txt. I generally look for PDFs which do not have page numbers or images in them. Images are ok since it will cut them out anyway but it can take a long t...

Theme Park. It was the first PC game we had bought. It taught me to put more salt on fries to increase sales of drinks

Sonic the Hedgehog - pretty much started my interest in gaming all those years back.

Cool! Is there a specific app for guitar tabs/chords or are you just using txt files? Is the DS mic good enough for a tuner? I have a portable Korg tuner anyway, so I can give this a miss. I tried Readmore too, for the book view (hold DS sideways) but I found the program incredibly buggy. Sometimes ...

By using a flash card, it opens up all sorts of useful stuff. I just discovered DSlibris which is an eBook reader. Its a pain though because it only accepts XHTML files. But once its converted, it great! I've always hated reading ebooks on a computer, but on a DS it is strangely enjoyable. I also ha...

I actually think Blu Ray is starting to pick up. More and more people seem to buying HDTVs, well here in UK anyway. They are advertised like crazy and you can always find a good one on offer in a sale. Well a sign of desperation to shift them? you only need to walk into a shop to see that they do se...
