Forum: Random Discussion   Topic: Does it matter if my car is not a fancy ferrari e.g.?

I seem to think that because of social media and so on, men are ''expected'' like with other things, to have even a nice fancy car rather than just a car that isn't as fancy as for example: a ferrari, vauxhall, volkswagen etc. I even seem to think that some men like fast fancy cars not just because ...

I feel a bit overwhelmed at the moment after coming back from work. My store has a stock take to complete tomorrow and I had to count nearly all the Christmas stock and try and get all the stock from bottom to top counted for tomorrow but I seem to feel like I took ages counting and recounting stock...

I seem to think as though we have to reproduce early anyway regardless of whether we want to or not or whether or not we can afford it or not afford it. I even seem to feel as though 20 year olds are expected to have just as much money to have a child, buy a house etc the same as 30 year olds, 40 ye...

The thing is, when I was in my early 20s, I had no thoughts whatsoever that I "should" find a partner and start a family before 30 or 35. My parents didn't have me and my sister until their late 20s/early 30s and didn't have any kids in their early 20s.

I can't understand why nature has programmed us to tell us that our early 20s is the "best" time to have kids when perhaps people are not as mature than they are in the early 30s. I seem to think though isn't it better though to consider it when you are more mature to have a child.

Should I really be feeling bad even though I live right now I live in a rented house with mum and her partner with my own room ? I just seem to think it feels more comfortable than some small apartment or flat which I might have to share with other people I don't know. I can't understand why I feel ...

I remember finding out that, I can't remember the statistic though, but a lot of people experience sex in their teens rather than for the first time in their 20s. I seem to think though that having a sex at a very young age is discouraged by society because of teen pregnancies, STIs and so on and is...

It would seem that it isn't just the fear of missing out. You also don't seem to trust your own judgement, when is common in those on the spectrum. Most of us spend our whole lives being told we are wrong in all sorts of ways. Why are you focused on things you don't like? Why not spend your time an...

I have explained in previous threads about missing out on things such as going out to social environments like bars, going to gyms and stuff and I seem to struggle to stick with my gut instinct to not want to do it and accept that I don't like these things but I seem to think that because all these ...

I don't know why but I seem to think I get sick of the ages of people being mentioned especially in the media, I know I have written some threads about but I seem to think if we didn't group people by certain ages or put someone's age down in a story like for example: an older adult celebrity having...

I seem to think there must be something "wrong" if I then start feeling the need to come on here or talk to someone in person after something negative arises such as someone telling me off about something. I seem to think I'll dwell on why I was told and then end up feeling bad and made to...

I feel that since I've been in work, it has changed my mindset since the days when I wasn't in work, I feel great sometimes after I've been working as it seems like it gives you a sense of fulfilment, satisfaction and maybe even pride to be working, contributing to society, making a living and earni...

I seem to think people working out when I see it in person or on social media some how inspires me but it doesn't really get me down to a gym on my own initiative. I don't know whether it's because I can't be bothered because I've got barbells and do press-ups at home or I'm hesitant about entering ...

I watched a TV debate on whether or not it is offensive to say to someone "You look good for your age". Some say it's ageist or patronising while others say it's just a friendly compliment. To be honest it doesn't bother me that age, some have thought I looked younger than over 30. I remem...

I might have explained before in another thread, that for some reason I still find myself attracted to younger women and I seem to feel as though it's "wrong" and "weird" because I'm over 30 and they are maybe in their early 20s and I seem to worry that I might look at me and thi...

I love animals and have been since I was a kid and I sometimes come across videos of cute cats, dogs, otters and other animals and they do bring a smile to my face. I have only just wondered maybe why doctors and therapists don't suggest looking at those videos, pictures and things to help with thei...
