Children's programming is so bland nowadays, its a wonder kids even bother with it. Why should they, when on-line pronz is so readily available?  Every kink, every perversion, and every combination seems to be out there -- Rule 34 applies, after all. I'm no prude, but its scary how easily accessibl...

The courts shouldn't be stepping in this at all - nothing is happening that is outside the law. If enough people approach the courts to interfere, in someone else's medical and end of life decisions, the more chance you have to set potentially dangerous precedents. I don't agree with that at all. T...

ha! Its a trick question - no children's move made before 2020 will pass a test for political correctness (nor will some that come after). :D

I'd think I'd be afraid of getting cancer because of the risk of death - not hair loss from Chemotherapy. Besides, you don't have to lose your hair during Chemo anymore. 2 friends of mine have used the scalp-cooling device during their treatments and both still had a full head of hair.

Why is it that Religious folks think "religious freedom" equates with forcing their beliefs on to others?

The same dynamic applies - A country that wins a war will see the positive side, not so the losers.

Its a matter of perspective - Better for some folks is often worse for others. Even a "happily ever after story" ends badly for someone else involved.

I can wear my headphones at work whenever I need to, just like anywhere else these days. The awkwardness decreases with practice. I use Loop earplugs whenever I don't want headphones and they work well for me. There is nothing wrong with using accommodations to make your life more bearable. Employer...

The Geneva Convention is only ~100 years old, The Code of Hammurabi did not apply to war, King Henry VIII basically declared himself to be a god in his own right, Vlad The impaler didn't break any laws in existence during his time, The Magna Carta would only have applied to a civil war within the UK...

A draft wouldn't help unemployment much anyway. Males ages 18-35, with no disability, health issues, a clean criminal record, limited tattoos, and are physically fit would be a very small pool to select from. Even and otherwise eligible person with none of the above issues, like ASD or ADHD has to b...

My mom almost never lets me complain about stuff! She doesn't understand that I NEED to complain! If I don't vent, I can't calm down properly! I just had almond milk that was all watery because they sealed the cap too tightly and of course the carton doesn't pour properly. My morning was ruined and...
