I don't know the shows you named, but I'm 22 and watched a lot of Nickelodeon in the 90's. I really liked Salute Your Shorts and Hey Dude. I also remember watching Are You Afraid of the Dark, Pete and Pete, Secret World of Alex Mack, Clarissa Explains It All, Kablam, Legends of the Hidden Temple, et...

I saw the second movie in theaters today. A bunch of the girls in the audience would scream every time Jacob took his shirt off (which was often). It was funny.

I read a book, and it said "If you feel sexual attraction towards a black woman, you are anti-racist". I find that true.

Many white slaveowners raped black slaves. I'm making the assumption it's because they felt some sexual attraction.

Yeah, I was always afraid of embarrassing myself by incorrectly assuming I was being hit on. But now I figure if my self esteem is that low and I still think I'm being hit on, then I'm probably being hit on.

Good call. I'll keep that one in mind for myself.

I'm glad I'm not the only person that thinks jeans are uncomfortable. Most people tell me they think jeans are really comfortable. I prefer long skirts and dresses.

Thinking about a lack of common sense reminds me of a line from the book The Voyage of the Dawn Treader, "One day the cat got into the dairy and twenty of them were at work moving all the milk out; no one thought of moving the cat."

Jessica is my favorite! I'm also waiting to see how everything will come together this season. The last episode was a good one.

I always shave right before I know I'm going to see my boyfriend (once a week). I do it because he likes it. If I wasn't with him I wouldn't bother, I'd probably just trim. He trims himself, he says its out of courtesy to me but I don't really care. I've always thought it was weird when girls shave ...

I also keep to myself but that doesn't keep me from getting out and doing the things I want to do. I can spend time at different stores for a few hours and not say more then 3 or 4 words to people. For me it is as if they are not there. Everyone is doing their own thing anyways. :D I get out and do...

One of the most important lessons I feel like I've been learning in life is to keep my mouth shut or people won't like me. Although even when I'm quiet somehow I still seem to do things wrong. I've kept myself pretty secluded lately so I don't have to deal with people, but whenever I do reach out fo...

Given that July the 4th in America is coming up(many people are obviously from the US here), the matter of patriotism and nationalism quickly comes to mind.

Plus I'm pretty sure that today is Canada Day.

When I was a kid I always looked at the ground. Once I walked right into some sort of metal pipe protruding from a building and hit my head on it. People used to tell me to look up so now I do for the most part.

I never forget a nasty comment, and it’s not by any means limited to appearance. I can meet people I haven’t seen since preschool age, and my first thought is ”Oh yeah, you’re the one who called me (insert comment)”.

I am exactly the same way.
