He says " the main sources of Vitamin A in the diet are carotenoids, from dark leafy veg etc". Maybe i've been believing something wrong for the last 30 years but I thought the main source was milk and dairy products. Perhaps i had better check, because such an important mistake couldn't be his wit... |
