I'm generally not aware of the social life at my university, though I don't live in the dorms either. There are activities that go on, but I don't pay too much attention. Most of my social life is outside of college, like with friends, at church, etc. Going into college, I didn't really care about m...

I had a very interesting idea, I'd like to see if this works.. Pick a subject in your college. It has to be one that you haven't taken any classes on, and know nothing about. Verify whether or not you can successfully pass out of that class via means of SAT, CLEP, GMAT, whatever. Study the subject, ...

Beneficial to me. I find myself fully energized by what I'm doing, and hours could pass by like minutes. I spent about 45 minutes analyzing the first eight measures of an SATB rendition of J.S. Bach's "Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring" right before bed, which was about the same as drinking eight cups of ...

Hope that helps, and I hope I covered everything right, there's a lot to talk about in those questions though. Thank you for asking too :) Taken literally the Bible is mostly nonsense. If you read Genesis literally you will be convinced that the world is a rectangle. Four corners of the Earth indee...

Is the Bible an infallible direct inspiration from God or an indirect one or none? I know this thread would not lead to nothing from the different sides of the issue rather than perhaps just being interesting. At least I would like to learn different justifications. An example: Many have undertaken...

Spent some hours on it today and yesterday; it's a slow process, and I feel as if I'm typing in another language :? I'm persistent though.

My brother changed to Dvorak though and his typing speed greatly increased, although I don't know by how many words per minute. Does he ever have problems working on a QWERTY keyboard after he learned Dvorak? Despite the alternative keyboard layouts being "better" I don't think they will ever domin...

It's interesting to note that the intentions behind the current standard keyboard layout (at least here in America) was designed specifically for the typewriters of ye olden days, when typing too fast would cause ugly jam-ups in the machines which were hard to fix, and so the keys were laid out so t...

He has the high introversion, the attention to detail, the social anxiety and awkwardness, a high interest in a particular subject (hardcore gamer) and best relates to people who share that interest, and like many an Aspie, maltreatment during the grade school years. From his answers he sounds like ...

I think the Georgian man had (perhaps accidentally) left out part of the story, that it is possible to get in, though not by the means you perhaps expected. The way it works, Christ has not required you to be perfect, as He knows you never will be. In a sense, all He's looking for is the admittance ...

At least in America, a kiss of any kind has never been a casual thing between two people with no relations. I think she might have some interest.
