| Empathy is sometimes more than wanting to help when you see someone crying. It is being able to emotionally relate to another's situation. If you have a friend who lost a family member (they died), and you had lost someone in your family (grandparent, etc) once, empathy is understanding the feelings... |

Are we referring to the AS lawyer portrayed on Boston Legal? The blonde guy whose name I cannot recall.
Personally, I don't think they have that character right. The writers don't seem to grasp AS (and its traits) accurately enough.
