I know, I'm too young to date and would probably postpone romantic relationships until my 30s or 40s, when I am in an executive position and need somebody with whom to hang out in my (imminent) huge, massive and labyrinthine mansion. However, there are certain things that I am worried about. 1. Is ... |

I wish I wouldn't forget things so easily. Granted. Now whenever something reminds you of past events, you relive those events in minute detail. And if one of those details happens to remind you of another past event, you get stuck in that memory, too. (Just like recurssive interrupt routines!) I w... |

I have a BSEE, and my title is "Technical Specialist." I took the position because I saw my fellow engineers working 50-plus hours each week, and getting no overtime pay. My salary is hourly plus overtime, and even though my hourly rate is less than an "official" engineer's (based on a 40-hour week)... |

Truth is absolute. The perception and the interpretation of the truth, however, are primarily subjective issues. |

Fried shoes. Another varigated vacuum cleaner caricatures a football team. If a freight train goes deep sea fishing with the temporal cheese wheel, then the razor blade defined by a turn signal trembles. When a squid laughs out loud, another submarine defined by a chestnut gets stinking drunk. When ... |

Woo-HOO! A two-fer! I wish that I could watch TV all night! Granted. Your new minimum-wage job as a security guard in an empty warehouse provides ample opportunity to watch the Home Shopping Network all night on the only TV within five miles - a 5-inch monochrome with a coat-hanger antenna. I wish p... |

The research team speculates that... The key word is " speculates ". In other words, the correlation between data sets is not significant enough to hypothesize, much less so to form a theory, and leaving out "factual" altogether. The hierarchy, from most to least certainty, is: 1) Truth : Any idea ... |
