I really think it should just be an accent - something nice that makes you look even better, as opposed to a mask, or something to cover you up. Consider that not wearing makeup is like dressing casually. You look just fine, but you could look better. With well-applied, light makeup, you're dressed ... |

Haha! Yes I do. Though I'd enjoy it with a guy or a girl. And can we substitute ice cream for cheeseburgers? I can eat ice cream more sexily. |

I did not know that. I just got my first one recently and was told to come again next year. I'm sure by then, my GYN will be up to date on the requirements. |

I wish I could have a moment like that with a special lady friend person... although if I was at her place i'd end up being "so how about getting these clothes off" and winking so hard i'd practically be twitching... Aw. You'll get there. You'll even be able to get to the point where there's... |

I don't think romance has to be one particular thing - setting, looks, clothing, anything. I think the mood is the only constant. My boyfriend could be dressed at his least attractive (borrowed my Hello Kitty PJ pants which are too short, wearing a giant sweater with holes, and leopard-print slipper... |

If you want to wear it, go for it. I generally don't, because I'm not very good at applying it. But I love it. I don't think any women should be expected to wear it. But, I can see how it can help at a job interview or similar situation, IF it makes you feel good about yourself. If you feel good, yo... |

I just keep my cup in. But usually it's not a constant flow - you will have a couple minutes between rinsing (which I do just before I turn off the water) and putting on underpants. I use black towels anyway, but if I didn't have any, I always keep a couple towels on hand that are allowed to get mes... |

It's really not bad at all. I just got my first one a month ago. It was terrifying having someone down there, but that was the worst of it. It hurt a bit, but it's very quick - like a second. Then they're done. I bled a little bit afterward, but that's normal. There's no lingering pain, and you only... |

Mushrooms are gross. Like chewing on an earlobe. Blech. I'm having serious appetite issues lately. Like I get hungry, but nothing at all looks good to eat. Either it's something I've never liked, so it makes me want to throw up, or I just want to throw up in general. It's pretty frustrating. Can't I... |

I agree about the confidence. Or more generally, your overall attitude. If you project sexy, guys will pick up on it. It's in the way you walk, the way you look at them, the way you smile at them, the way you carry yourself. If your overall attitude says "I'm a sex queen", guys will notice. Regardi... |

One thing that can make many periods more bearable is a Diva Cup or similar menstrual cup thingy. It will not fix everything and it will not make your period wonderful. But for me it made a difference. I have cramps for a week, bleed for at least a week, and then have another day or two of cramps. A... |

That's not chivalry. That's just common courtesy. Chivalry is completely one sided. In your opinion. The dictionary defines it at several things, but most relevant to this case, is; "courteous behavior, especially towards women." It may be especially towards women, because most were brought up this... |

Unfortunately that doesn't seem to work. It doesn't matter how hard I try to tell someone I don't want something, they push it on me! Recently I had a birthday luncheon at work. I've been trying to lose weight and eat better, so I requested no cake. I said we can do fruit, or healthy popsicles, or w... |

Aspie1, I completely understand what you're trying to say. And I think it's an awful thing to do to someone. My opinion of it will not change no matter how you explain it - I see where you're coming from, and I see your point. That doesn't mean it's right. And it's absolutely NOT socially acceptable... |
