I was also told that I am a visual learner. mind maps really work well for me aswel. especially if they're colourful, illustrated and stuck to the walls about my house. I have some software called "inspiration" for visual learners. I requested it and got it free with my "disabled" students allowance...

I know two people who have gotten out of this. One claimed asthma symtoms when stressed out and said that he didn't want to be wheezing and using his inhaler during jury duty, therefore disrupting the court. The other got out of it on religious grounds; my religion says that I must not judge the act...

Daniel Craig is grittier, meaner, blonder and better. Anyone else think that he's the most attractive bond? Casino Royal was an awesome film. Quantum of Solace was seriously lacking something. Locations? Gadgets? Although the theatre scene...amazing!

I tend to get asked for "20p for the phone, love" or "some change for a cuppa, darling" Its the "love" and "darling" that makes me cringe. I tend to mumble something about having no change and just walk on. They respond with "thanks anyway, sweetheart" and i cringe even more. (they really sound like...

I love riding my bike around the city and have never been aware of a sence of pity from others. Your doing a good thing for your health, the environment, your bank account and often reducing your amount of time commuting (its so satisfying to overtake the rush hour traffic!). Good on you for cycling...

^post above: some good advice, although I still think that ur unlike to have fibroids at 18. Don't get worried about laproscopy/hysteroscopy/invasive investigation of any kind. I only know about uk medicine, maybe its different elsewhere, but I don't imagine you will get any of these with your histo...

1. I would show a girl I was attracted to by looking at her either frequently or for longer than just a glance. 2. If I try to get your attention somehow, that means I'm interested. 3. If you walk up to me and start talking to me, you automatically gain many points. In general, guys like girls that...

Have you changed or stopped your contraceptive? This can cause a change in ur periods that will usually settle. I think your a few decades too young for polyps or fibroids. Do u have a lot of pain? Especially at the beginning of your period? If so could be endometriosis. Or is it possible that this ...

because its a subjective diagnosis is isnt real? then nothing was real until medicine could test for it! for example, you couldn't have an infection until the point in history when doctors were able to culture the bugs that caused it.... :?

im sure that everyone here knows more about ASD than the average doctor. You either have AS, suspicion or some kind of personal interest, so your going to be the expert patient. It happens in all areas of medicine; a diabetic will know more about diabetes than the doctor that perscribes the drugs. T...
