So did I. Either that, or I was overqualified. Most of the time, Walmart hires people who barely speak English, have few if any job prospects, have been on welfare or other government assistance, and whatnot.

Have you ever had times where you just want to hang out with people and not stim? You know, feeling all social and whatnot. I'm taking about being in "NT mode". Have you tried talking to him online or through texting? It might be easier if you got to know each other more that way first. Some people might have easier time understanding if they read rather than if they listen. The time taken between messages or posts would help him absorb the information you ...

http://www.slate.com/id/2151538/ I mean, it seems like they study EVERYTHING and come up with the worst ideas about autism causes... this is one of those ridiculous ones. I mean if anything, TV helps autistic kids... at least some. I mean you would think it would. Anyway, what is your take on this?...
