yeah i watched that. it was kind of interesting but i think it could have definitely foccused more on the positives. i felt sorry for tom, his mum and the rest of his family just did not get it. one particular part was where his girlfriend did not turn up and he was in his room and people kept peste...

hmm weed i think. even though i do love it on the whole. my girlfriend had to move back to canada on very short notice and had an early morning flight. after she had left and i had come back from the airport i smoked a j thinking it would help. 30 mins later i was shaking real bad and really panicky...

i get that but it is a more recent thing and i was sure it was just anxiety pains. maybe it is angina??? i get sharp pains to the left of my heart and sometimes over my heart and on the left side of my chest too. anxiety and chest pains can be related to tension headaches too.

hahaha, don't worry i'm always careful around swimmers and surfers. a lot of people are quite intimidated by the kite. it is kind of expensive for new gear but secondhand stuff ain't too bad. the secondhand market is nowhere near as good as it used to be though. as far as crashes i have had two bad ...

hey,

i'm not a surfer but a kitesurfer. quite a different sport really but i do love to play in the waves. a big wave session can be so feckin scary but at the same time exhilarating. surfing looks awesome too but where i usually go there is not really any surf able waves. share the stoke!! :D

the warming and tinglifying lubes are pretty nice! they don't smell either. supposedly silicon based lubes are the best as they don't dry out.

it was an amazing experience for me. The emotional connectedness and feeling of love was overwhelming. there is a real sense of social cohesion between all that take it.
