The issue is not between mods and members, but within the mod team. I do not believe it can be solved by changing the TOS. I think it's necessary to re-evaluate the team structure and duties. ......which I suppose you are doing right now or at least very soon, right? Alex already stated to be open ...

Good points, Laz. I think I share your opinion. I'm starting to like the idea of moderators being assigned 1 or two sub-forums. I think this will also help to prevent mods from being (and being seen as) a clique or a cabal. A lot of the problems seem to be related to the way in which the mods are vi...

I'd have to disagree with that. I think there was too much dissonance, not too many mods. As it was, the moderating team didn't have enough mods because it's a definite weakness in a team when the site depends on just a few mods showing up before everything goes to s**t. alex needs a lot more mods ...

I couldn't agree with you more. But you said she was on the news........are you sure that you don't confuse her with someone else? The woman in my avatar, Mahima Chaudhry, isn't half as popular as Aishwarya Rai, probably the most famous Indian female star of the moment. Who is, IMO, also quite beaut...

lol, I can't believe anyone would think that model in his avatar would actually post here. Right! Everyone knows that all aspies are butt-ugly. No exceptions! ^sarcasm^ errr.. considering she's a famous actress. So you know her Hale_bopp? I must say I'm surprised. I take it that you have an ...

In my case it's more for the aesthetic value (regarding figure skating), and the competitiveness (races). It's quite a hype here in the Netherlands, but that's mostly because we have a great bunch of skaters participating in Torino. Other sports (though ice dancing/figure skating got good ratings to...

To feel good. I've been exercising for as long as I can remember, never with the intention to look like a stud - I don't have issues with my appearance.

As a fan of 'britcoms' myself, I might give this one a go if you're so enthusiastic about it. If it's a success, I'm pretty sure one of the commercial channels here will pick it up, as they do with many tv- (be it cult)hits.

I accepted the fact that my sexual interests do not have to involve the female part of humanity per se. That was in my mid-teens. You don’t have to be a lesbian at all, I am sure you can get any AS man on this site and you are very pretty lady so you shouldn’t have any problems with NT either. uh, ...

I knew I wasn't completely straight since my first 'naughty dream'. At first I just saw it as a temporary phase to explore things and reverted back to 'straighthood' again. But after more than a handful of drawbacks, I accepted the fact that my sexual interests do not have to involve the female part...

Before I made peace with my odd self, it was feeling like an alien as I experienced and perceived so many things in other ways than most people did. After that, I still felt like a stranger though now with more knowledge of my personal strengths and weaknesses. It was easier to get by. But the issue...

As an amateur musician/composer myself, my 'memory of music' is fairly accurate. Some songs take a bit longer to remember than others, but in general there's a big collection of songs and melodies in my mind. When playing an instrument I like to improvise, so then it's nice if you can pop up a few o...
