You can cure the cravings by setting aside all the things you crave ALL month long. Meat makes you crave sugar and vice versa. Cheese makes you crave more cheese. Stress fruits and vegetables in your diet and drink lots of water (NOT sugared or caffeinated stuff). And I hate to tell you, but exercis... |

Absolutely. Some months are worse than others, but yes....very tired. Make sure you are getting enough iron! You lose a lot during that time and it's easy to become anemic. Also, careful if you are taking PMS pills...they knock me out! Tiredness is an issue for me, but not a huge one. I prevent it ... |

I've been noticing lately that I have a problem. It goes something like this: Other Person: "Hi, how are you?" Me: "How Are you? Good." (Me saying how I am, AFTER asking how the other person is) Does this happen to you? Is it normal around here? I feel like I am all alone on this and that people pr... |

Recently I've had some big revelations in therapy. After being in therapy for 4-5 months we've both noticed I have symptoms and behaviors that are consistent with borderline personality disorder. I'm not surprised, while I'm not one of the out-of-control raging bpd'ers I do have emotion regulation ... |

I've always had these problems. I simply do not understand how anyone can hear someone speaking to them when there is background noise. It is such a relief at the end of the workday when the vents shut off. Up until then I'm all "Hah? What?" and have to depend on lipreading. |

The nature of Asperger's is about overfocused attention on the things you are interested in, and NO attention on anything else. It also makes it hard to filter out extraneous noise and unimportant information. This kind of mess is all part of the syndrome. A diagnosis of Asperger's rules out a diagn... |

Yes. Quite. Every book I read, every game I play, and half of the (admittedly few) movies I watch I create myself as a character and reimagine the story with myself in it. Plenty of combined stories as well as tons of original ones. Basically I live within my imagination very very often. If I could... |

My parents, being rigid Aspies themselves, do not believe in getting treatment or special help just because a kid is miserable, friendless and unable to cope. |

The brassiere was invented in the 1920s, by a man, which I can easily believe. Before that women wore corsets that supported both the bust and the spine, WITHOUT cutting through your trapezoid muscles and collarbones. |
