I read through the story a couple of times, and I'm not seeing anybody announcing they've got anything new, or reached a new stage in the trial or approval process or anything. Just two corporations combining/trading what they've already got, with the hope that future progress will be faster than pa... |

Got my license as soon as the law allowed. Loved driving. I'd still love it if sitting still in the driver's seat didn't bug me... why can't they make car seats at least as good as office chairs? And why do they go out of their way to make it more difficult to get your head in a comfortable position... |

A "camper van", i.e. a Class B Motorhome.
Drives like a regular van, with living space in the back. I can travel and never check into a hotel. I can be out and about for the day and not have to drive anywhere to get back to "home base". |

Who said living has to have a point? Living is the point. Living is everything we've ever known, everything we have any way of knowing about, every point we can have or hope for. And it's our imagining of things we can't have, and our regret for things we used to have, and our speculations about wha... |

I heard good things about Community, but haven't come across it yet either. Neither have I... Netflix? http://eztv.it/shows/325/community/ It inspires much, e.g. http://juststimming.wordpress.com/2012/06/04/someone-who-moves-like-you/ I haven't even seen the show and that post is giving me chills. ... |

He's a bit of an arse hole, but he DOES remind me of Aspies at my school, but I find him easier to tolerate than the Aspies at my school because never have I watched an episode where he would actually blame anything on Asperger's. No, he tends to blame it on everyone else being stupid compared to h... |

Just yesterday I had a "I am completely broken and want to crawl into a hole where no one can see me ever again" moment when it was discovered I had checks I hadn't cashed or even looked at for 1-2 years crammed in my wallet totaling about $300. Of course there is no such hole, and if there was it p... |

In addition, the restricted/repetitive behavior domain is not a list of things you can't do well. It's a list of behavioral tendencies which are usually judged negatively. However, many of those traits can actually be neutral or positive. For example, pretty much everyone with a PhD has an intense ... |

I'm married to an NT (ish?) woman. She's worth it, but if I'm ever dating again, I'm never ever doing another AS/NT relationship. Once is enough for a lifetime. |

The fam and I planned on taking my Aspie brother to the movies to see Men In Black 3 and we ended up having to leave 10 minutes into the movie. He had originally wanted to see the new Madagascar movie but my mother told him no. The rest of us decided on Men in Black. Anyway, the movie proved to be ... |

I think instead of wanting to cure it, we all should focus on things about ourselves we would like cured eg. sensory issues or issues with reading people, issues with coping with change, anything that causes us trouble. But if some people would like to cure their AS, up to them and it's their own c... |

Dr. Buckman from The Mote in God's Eye . He's got a huge "encompassing preoccupation with one or more stereotyped and restricted patterns of interest that is abnormal either in intensity or focus"... if it's not related to (natural) astrophysics, it doesn't matter to him. He lost interest in an unus... |
