I'm curious if anyone who happens to be Aspie/ASD, Bipolar, Schizophrenic, or NT symptomatic has been genetically tested with similar results to the subject title, or have results differed from these? My testing resulted in a duplication of 16p11.2 which is supposedly common for the symptoms mention... |

I just got this in an email and thought I'd share. It's sung in Cajun French and is called La Grâce du Ciel.

Zachary Richard is good too but I prefer Michael Doucet. I grew up with all of this music and was raised with most of these characters as acquaintances and friends.
Try setting your morning alarm to some of this stuff. You may not get out of bed. Cajun heritage is just wonderful. |

I've noticed when intervention is applied to curb the "stims" from my son that they arise is other form. The last type of "stim" went from hand signals to writing in air with an index finger. The kids really seem to love him and the teachers are now diverting his stimming to clinching his fists. Onc... |

I think I know the feeling and I think I may be NT. I had it last night as a matter of fact. My ex-wife described it as being "disconnected" from life. Doesn't matter if people are around or not it feels the same either way. One thing is for sure ...it is definitely scarey. How long does yours last... |

At one point in life I thought of gaming as a complete and utter waste of time, because as you said in 5 years it won't matter, and also because to me even now it doesn't matter. For the past 2 years I have been gaming almost every night, somedays more than others, but it's something I've enjoyed do... |

My father told me about her. He doesn't know much about her, only that she's in her twenties and has been living there most of her life. She's about two hours away from where I am. I'm not angry at her parents, who I don't really to know very well to begin with, and I don't want anyone to think I a... |

I've felt that way quite a bit. Sometimes to the point where nothing or no one seems familiar at that time ...it is very difficult to explain. I've heard someone refer to it as "feeling disconnected". |

Well unless you heard it from him, I wouldn't be so sure that he even said it. Don't hold it against him just because someone else said that she said that he said what he might or might not have said. |
