I love this show, I TiVo it on USA all the time. Vincent D'onofrio's character is sometimes interpreted as being a high-functioning autistic and if thats what he's going for, he's doing an excellent job IMO. There are a lot of subtle peculiarities he throws into his performance that I didn't pick u...

That is irrelevant. His Critique of Pure Reason is probably one of the best works of philosophy ever written.

Descartes walked into a bar. The bartender asked him what he was having. "I don't know," replied Descartes, and disappeared. Does it really even matter? He wrote so much more, but this is all anyone every really remembers about Descartes---and I bet a good majority of the people who use the quote ev...

I have an iPhone and I LOVE it! I love the interface. I love the wifi. I love the iPod. I love texting. I love the widgets. I love how small and light it is. I love that it only costs me $20 more dollars a month than my current plan (for unlimited data and texting.) I love way it syncs with my compu...

Don't feel bad. There wasn't much of a plot this season, so every episode had a new plot, and following it over 24 episodes was pretty much impossible. There was a theme, though: LAME. It went from awesome to lame in 18 weeks. Pretty impressive as far as self-destruction goes. The last four hours we...

I am very disappointed in this season. Very, very, very disappointed.

Symbols are what you make them. I like the alien because that is how I feel sometimes. Aliens are cool, anyway. They are the subject of countless books and movies. People are looking for them, using SETI to try to find them.

Those are great and all, but I was thinking something a little more simple, you know? But it's cool. I would go with the suggestion to use the "clost the gap" one on lapel button or something. If you want simple what about instead of a puzzle piece, a Rubic's cube kind of logo maybe a small scale c...

Well, the symbol being used to represent Autism is, at the moment, a blue puzzle piece, or a bunch of colorful puzzle pieces stuck together. I don't necessarily mind IT so much as I mind the association.

Right, well, I don't necessarily dislike the puzzle piece. Actually, now that I think about it, all we really need to do is change the meaning of the symbol, not the symbol itself, so perhaps we HIJACK the puzzle symbol and add a slogan to it, like the one mentioned above, "Proud to be Different," o...

Not a new logo for Wrong Planet, but a new Logo for the Autistic Community as a whole. I don't really like the puzzle piece because it is associated with such causes as Cure Autism Now and Autism Speaks. I think that we ought to come up with our own logo. Symbols are important. While I like puzzles ...

http://i41.photobucket.com/albums/e260/dexkaden/Picture1-1.png So I found a website that lets you buy sheetmusic digitally and print it off, but I just want to be sure of what I'm buying Is that the real music to I Don't Like Mondays? Just curious. I suppose I could figure it out on my own, but I a...
