Hey, I need help. Ideas and concepts are just a mess for me. I need a nice program that helps me keep track of these things. I'm currently designing my own application that will do this, but if such things already exist I'd like to know about them (so I don't have to go through all the work and all)...

I can't read! lol, it sounds funny, but that's kinda how it is; I can't read text books to attain understanding. What I usually end up doing is taking those practice quizes or homework assignments and then looking up the answer in the book (then of course committing the fact to my memory). That said...
