the root of the dandelion is also edible and medicinal. I think its some type of rhizome like ginger.

A weed is just a plant with unknown potential.

I've been playing for 14 years. I'd say I'm pretty good, better than average at least. I play acoustic and electric.

I also got into building my own effects and amps... learning electronics through the process. A whole other special interest.

Look up the specific carbohydrate diet, or SCD... very similar to paleo. Cutting out gluten and dairy have helped me immensely. You should try cooked greens or juicing- lots of good stuff in leafy greens. I think a high protein diet with a good balance of omega 3 would help most people, ASD or not.

I'm an old millennial, my siblings are Xers. I have hope for music and humanity. I may be narcissistic but I'm honest about it. We are creating the new global market... on the internet... sell your self now! Good new music is getting weird. I'm loving it. Indie noise rock and Electro-acoustic music ...

I partake. It is a valuable medicinal plant. Nay-Sayers are fueled by propaganda and bias research. Those fighting for legalization are good people, just a little slow.

Slow and steady wins the race.

Moderation in all things.

Prohibition, it doesn't work.

Docs don't make money when they prescribe drugs; they make money when they get you out of the office with a script and get someone else in and then out, too, during the time that they might have spent sitting down with you to explain what you could do other than take the drug. Less time per patient...

High fructose corn syrup is pure poison. It causes instant inflammation and your body can barely process any of it for useful energy. A ban would never happen in our free market driven by sugar addicts. Phood manufacturers are just raking in the profits and marketing to deceive the public about what...

Paleo is a good lifestyle diet that is good for detox and easy to maintain long term. Go easy on the nuts and seeds at first. Maybe invest in a low RPM juicer so you can get concentrated greens in an easy to digest form. Eating lots of whole veggies can overload you with fiber and cause gas and bloa...

But people really seem to dislike it there when I stand and compare ingredients and stuff. I KNOW! Whatever, just roll your eyes right back at 'em. Sorry I care about what I fill my body with. Airplane is a fun one I'm too indecisive to pick a favorite, it tends to vary from day to day depending on where I'm tight. Bikram is great for getting deeper into poses and sweating out toxins but it does get slippery. Nothing better than laying back in "windbreaker" and letting one go... if you ar...

Word. It was a struggle to get over cravings and all that when I first started trying to eat right. I was raised on bread and cheesy junk food. So hard to quit when those things are tied to your childhood and en grain ed in our culture. I'm on my second year grain free... I've fallen off the wagon a...

sounds like a convoluted "diet program" It is somewhat true that your body is better at dealing with food types separately, to a degree. I like to eat carbs first so they can just go straight through and then I follow them with the fats and proteins that will hang out in the stomach longer. However ...
