Hey Xenu, I want to help you and you're probably not going to listen. I've been in your shoes and I didn't want to listen to my friends either. Right now you're spending every waking moment trying to scheme ways to get her back. She has told you that she wants to be left alone. Why are you not follo... |

I hear ya. It always seems like my problems keep growing, and I keep telling myself I want to reduce this mountain of tasks before I get into a relationship. At this pace I'll never work down my list of issues and make myself available for a long term relationship. I'm overwhelmed at work -- I work ... |

Girls don't reply on okcupid so I gave up for now. Well, a few did but the results were short lived. |

By blocking you I feel that he did you a favor so you could move on. But yea you do have a right to feel hurt and upset that you are owed an apology/goodbye -- it's part of the grieving process to get over some one. |

It isnt as bad as it sounds. He probably is still interested unless he has a significant other right now. Most people always have a special place in their heart for past crushes. He began to ignore you for two reasons; one, his pride was wounded from the rejection and he's trying to act tough; two, ... |

I'm very sensitive about mistakes or being yelled at too, so I'm always trying to make everyone happy and it makes me miserable. I'm getting better at it -- I put a reminder on my phone not to care what people think, lol. When you make a mistake, people should not raise their voices, but when it com... |

Beautifully put, techstep. I swim in your words and smile.
It baffles my friends that I do not have more friends or even a significant other. |

I used Gendarme, the eau de parfum version. It has a clean scent like laundry but with a sharper citrus bite. It's not very masculine and can be a unisex perfume. It's marketed for men though. My problem with this perfume is that it only lasts 3-4 hours? Not sure if other perfumes last longer. If yo... |

If you truly you want to date her, go for it. Otherwise I'd just avoid the drama of "revenge." |

Thanks for the advice/sympathy. :) I'm not really sure if there's anything I can do but wait. I'm not the kind of person who can do things halfway; either I'm in or out, so this is difficult. I should probably figure out how to turn that trait off while other people are sorting out their feelings..... |

I'm sorry to hear about your ex. My ex broke up with me because my voice was so "stern" and I often sounded like I was lecturing her. This was before I realized I had Asperger's and couldn't explain my tone of voice. I often think I should call her up some day and tell her I was "strange" because o... |

lol... I'm worse. Sometimes when coworkers ask me a rhetorical question or try to tease me with a witty comment, I just ignore them. I know they are just trying to be friendly... but I feel defeated because I can't come up with a witty come back. |
