Well, it can make me very shaky and nervous. I had that experience when I travelled to the Middle East, because there they do not drink 'coffee', there they drink a thick syrupy divine 'potion', boiled up three times with lots of sugar and green cardamom, which is served in minute little cups...

I have got my own "theory" with that since lately. I am a visual thinker and like concepts to be, well, visualized... - I take anything tangible, graphs, 3 D models, experiments. Once things become 'abstract' (not less real, just abstract, :D), I am lost, don't give me the 4th Dimension and space-ti...

Make-up and nice clothes only get ruined during play-fight, speaking from experience, . Your friend's behaviour would have been more appropriate, if you had asked for his 'fatherly' advice after pining for ages for your love interest, who showed no interest in you. Even then my reasoning woul...

Sorry to hear you have been left hanging out to dry, not a nice feeling,. Did you tell him openly that you were not interested in a romantic relationship? From your post it does become clear that you were clear about your feelings for him towards yourself, but did you let him know? If he is NT...

You do realize that performance on intensive tasks is best when someone is slightly stressed, right? Stress is not necessarily a bad thing. No stress and extreme stress will both degrade performance... mild stress tends to enhance it. I did not realize that oxytocin was not an entirely good thing e...

Haha, I didn't get past c, c++, D and I spelled perl "pearl", so there!, and "basic" was not even mentioned!! !! My self confidence was crushed, and I had to spend half an hour on this linked website to somehow re-establish it. After Maths and Geography did not do for me either, I regressed to Liter...

I had the pleasure to be involved in the preparation of an event where Silvana Deluigi was the highlight back in my Tango Argentino days, - what a diva,, but ... once she gets on the stage...
