| Forgot to say, I think there are 2 types of procrastination. First is caused by fear of some kind... It is by me with some official deals often... when I need to visit ossicial organisations and do something with documents, I will put it away until the last day, until I will have no other opportunit... |

| Chanting God's Name or some mantra is a good idea, I use the same often too.. Another method I use, when you are deraming and want to wake up, you may try to breath deep and fast with diaphragm. This helps me when I want to wake up from a scary dream, or when I already woke up and don't want to fall... |

I like meditation, it works and helps me. Against insomnia, or to have a break when I need to deal with big flow of information.
The first 5 minutes are most difficult, but if you continue your meditation longer....results can wonder you. |
