I'm planing to go to USA next year in february 15-24. It sounds like it will take an NT to do the organization and setup of such a company. Setting up a structure is something us aspies have trouble with (well, at least I can say that's one of my biggest problems). I find it very helpfull to use sign language cause I have only thaught a couple of people I know how to use it and they don't know much either and if I'm feeling like I can't use my voice then I don't want to have conversations either so there will be no smalltalk or any thing unnessesary said cause...
