I really think this is a silly question. Your parents probably would have gathered you didn't have a disability too.

I was the youngest of three kids. My Mom was 26 when I was born and my Dad was 29. (I picked the wrong choice, btw...my Dad is 30 years older than me for half the year, so I picked Dad in my 30s and Mom younger. It just dawned on me he was actually still 29 when I was born.)

I don't have very many good social skills, but I made it through my undergrad, and am now a Masters student. I love university. I don't have many friends, and I have social and sensory limitations, but none have hindered my academic progress.

So, I am currently a Masters student. I will graduate next spring, and then I plan on going for my PhD. I have a terrible track record at being able to keep jobs because of various aspects of autism (I end up quitting, not getting fired...though there are some that I probably would have eventually b...

I was diagnosed in adulthood because my psychologist came to the conclusion that, had I been tested properly as a child, I would have been diagnosed then as well. She interviewed my father, not me, to determine what I was like as an infant, toddler, and child.

I can't really pick out the emotion of the music...what is it supposed to be? The only thing I DON'T think it is is the tortured soul. Of the other options, I am really not sure, so I picked "other".

I don't think cheating is a trait of ASD at all, particularly since many people on the spectrum rarely lie if at all. I've never had a relationship but I KNOW if I did have one I would NEVER cheat on them, and would be furious is someone ever cheated on me.

I have classic autism, and I definitely wasn't premature. I was quite late, and wasn't even born in the MONTH I was due. I was born about 2 weeks late, and weighed 8 lbs and 5 ounces.

I don't really hate birthdays, just getting older! lol They aren't big things in my house. Just a cake with immediate family (people who live in or used to live in my house and my grandmother). Sometimes my parents take me out to a restaurant to, just the three of us. So yeah, there is nothing to be...

I scored a 5 and my index and ring fingers are basically the same length on both hands. For me my fingers mean very little. I am not overly masculine in most tests I take, and I am not overly feminine. I usually score undifferentiated or androgynous with marks closer to masculine.

I would have enjoyed flying as a child, but I reall, and I men REALLY had trouble equalizing my ears ME TOO! That is the worse part for me about flying. I take an over-the-counter sinus pill every flight, plus before every flight (layovers, etc) I go into the bathroom and use a nasal spray. All of ...

Am I the only autistic person that loves flying?? I am not fond of the wait in airports, but I love watching the scenery as we fly over it. Anyway, some planes have movies and TV shows to watch for free or purchase. If you set up a movie or a television show would that occupy her for the flight? How...

I had the ADOS test during my diagnosis. It does seem a bit childish, but it is designed for the diagnostician to be able to identify ASD in adults. It was looking for things such as interaction, communication, and other things related to autism. It wasn't so bad. I think the point of you not findin...
