If I were in your shoes, I would relax and let her lead. And I would let her know after a little while that I can please her best if she'll tell me what to do. (God, I love to be dragged around on an assertive woman's leash! ) |

Sarcasm bugs me.
For comedy without sarcasm, there's no one better than P. G. Wodehouse. |

Very nifty. I was considering a 12C for my accounting needs (I'm working on a Business minor), but I went with the less esoteric HP 10bII+. Did you know HP made a Programmer's Calculator back then? It does binary math with outputs in hex. Unfortunately it didn't sell. |

Let her decide for herself who she wants to be with. If she thinks you are worthwhile, and you think you are dirt, I think you owe her the effort of trying to see her side of the argument. Don't punish her because you hate yourself . I've been in exactly your position before. I dumped my girlfriend ... |

Doctor Who is good. Up until the point where the Daleks start saying "EXTERMINATE, EXTERMINATE" over and over. So that actually eliminates a major portion of the modern show. |

1. Seven Samurai (1954) 2. Once Upon A Time In America (1984) 3. Das Boot (1981) I've always preferred World Cinema, including (not to sound too bigoted) British Cinema. :) I also really enjoyed Das Boot (1981). I have the film on DVD 'cause I like the German language so much. The only line I can r... |

I have a strong tendency to block any social advance. When I think of talking informally with someone, at best I anticipate boredom. Usually, however, I expect "exquisite awkwardness" on my part, after which I am ridiculed and ignored. In other words, in my psyche sees social interaction as useless ... |

Hi. I take a similar regimen of medications; Lexapro (an SSRI like Prozac) and Ritalin. There's nothing like getting functional again, right? I've been on this stuff about 2 years, and I've been able to go back to school and generally improve my situation. I remember your earlier post when you start... |
