As it should be... you'd have to be a creatively devoid sheep to enjoy school as is. The acquisition of knowledge is encouraged, but only alongside nonsense like grades and mandatory tuition fees that fund football stadiums for a losing team.

Never underestimate the diplomacy of declining an invitation with a smile. Privacy, cordiality, and money are some very universal languages. If it ever seems difficult to muster a smile, just remember that she's inviting you out for a reason (that being, you must come off as a pretty nice person!) :)

I'm majoring in Rehabilitation Studies with minors in English/Substance Abuse & Addictions, and I also plan to pursue a third minor in Applied Behavior Analysis (but won't 'officially' declare that one until after my diagnostic testing in May 'officially' helps to elucidate my behavioral science...
