My grandma's Hindu. She said she saw hell during her near death experience. I think in Hinduism they are taught that they go to hell first where their sins & good deeds are judged.

I love my younger sister. She is the only person that understands me and my problems. We connect intellectually which is why communication with her is more easier than with my mom who also has AS. She isn't exactly outgoing and super-social but she's very independent. What makes me jealous about her...

No, I need to talk to someone when I am depressed. I go crazy if I don't. I sometimes sleep it off and wake up feelin much better

Low self-esteem doesn't cause depression but rather low self-esteem is a side effect of depression induced anhedonia. I'm going to say one can be born with low serotonin and thus low self esteem. The low biology is there from the beginning. I read an interesting book on Prozac and the impression is that it transforms this into another camp of thinking. Not by speeding you up, but by correcting the faulty underpinn...

Set a reminder. I have problems remembering course times and I usually use sticky notes on my laptop to plan and have my to do list for me to see everyday. It might work for you too.
