Ya! I haven't noticed any adverse side affects rather than some restriction in breathing. It's much better than smoking however, barley noticeable. I jog 5 days a week if thats any clue. :)

I'v gotten much better at dealing with my bursts of anger over the years. Learning to recognize when I need to walk away from a frustrating situation and what not. Although I can still find my self beating inanimate objects from time to time. I'v always been very good about not letting my aggression...

.......beacuse they're so darn cute! :D I think it has to do with the paranoid, stressed out parents though. It would make sense to me for them to throw all of their time, money and energy into something they've just encountered. As people with autism age, I think the people around them just get use...

I daydream a LOT. And always have. I think it is the main reason that I have very little recollection of my childhood and early adult years. I did not have a traumatic childhood and I was never bullied, but I still remember so little of those years because I spent most of my time in my head. I most...

in general, low-carb diets have [various studies] proven most effective at maintaining weight loss, which is far harder to do than losing the weight in the first place. I really have no idea what diet plan to suggest for someone with diabetes. I did however find this article that may be able to hel...

I know! This one girl comes in sometimes and says she wants to spar, but she never follows through :? You'll get better with time and practice. Just work hard at it! That's a shame... You should make her. And I'm pretty much someone to 'go easy' on because most people at my club are muscl...

I have never boxed but I want to so badly. One day it just occurred to me how much I wanted to. I told my mom, thinking she wouldn't like the idea, but she said yeah that would be great. But unfortunately I've never had the opportunity yet but I won't give up. Strenuous exercise really helps my bod...

I'm so tired of it. It makes me feel stupid, and like a phony. What am I doing here? And I keep over-thinking it. It's dumb. I keep wondering about my motives, and then I start doubting myself and mistrusting myself. Even though I feel like I can relate to a lot of things here, I'm never fully sure...
