Lack of punctuality and reliability. I'd be ashamed of myself if I was as routinely late as most NTs I know, or as lackadaisical about holding to commitments. How important sex is to most people's lives. When I reached the age when all the other boys were trying to get dates and impress girls, I was...

I was extremely well-behaved and obedient, but it wasn't really by natural inclination. I was scared to death of my parents, my mother was ashamed of having a weirdo for a son, and my father openly hated me; I hoped that if I was submissive enough they would love me, or at least despise me less. At ...

When I'm by myself, I make all sorts of noises- grunts, random musical tones, groaning sounds. I find it relaxing.

I don't move my arms when I walk. When I run at moderate speed, I have an odd posture where I sort of lean back as I run.

Seconding Stephen Baxter. Asperger's is a fairly major element of his book Manifold: Time, and one of the principal characters of Coalescent is implied very heavily to have Asperger's or some sort of mild autism.

"Rise of the Robots" for Super NES. The worst fighting game ever.
Or possibly X-Men for the original NES.

I cry every time I see the end of "Unbreakable." That scene made Samuel L. Jackson one of my favorite actors.

My natural tendency is to be fairly monotone. When speaking, I have to consciously monitor the tone of my voice, or it just sort of drones. (I have to do something similar with my face, otherwise my expression is always sort of blank. On the plus side, I always do great at poker. :) ) I think a few ...

Getting my hair cut was awful as a child. I always felt like the scissors were yanking my hair out. I minimized the problem by getting short buzzcuts, which meant I didn't have to get cut very often, and reduced my exposure to scissors.

I always had trouble writing as a child. It became painful quite quickly, especially if I had to write in cursive, so i avoided writing as much as possible. It baffled my teachers (this was before Asperger's was being diagnosed) , because in class discussions I would talk a great deal, but my essays...

Based on your description of Richard Morgan (who I'm a bit familiar with), you might want to try Neal Asher. "Gridlinked" would be the best Asher book to start with. Peter F. Hamilton would be another good choice.
