Awesome reply from an expert! :)

Additionally I'll mention that if you purchase a slow cooker (aka "crock pot", available very inexpensively at yard/tag sales) it is incredibly easy to make your own beans at home, using as much or as little sodium as you like. :)

Lostgirl, if I can give a male perspective on your question, I would not say you have a "problem." At least half of my female partners have rarely/never orgasmed just from penetration. Therefore I would say you are in the majority and it is nothing to worry about. The most effective technique I have...

I see this behavior in several of my friends/family, especially with breakfast food. They will add 1 cream and 2 sugars to their coffee, salt and 3 dashes of tabasco to their eggs, and 1 pat of butter and 3 drizzles of syrup to their pancakes--all before they have actually tasted their coffee, eggs,...

Sensory overload. Get a bad reaction to anything spicy. And people do question me when they see that i don't add salt or pepper to anything. A friend's grandpa, when he interviewed job candidates, would take them out to breakfast/lunch and watch them carefully. If they added salt or pepper to their...

Wow! That is fascinating! I've heard of gluten-free diets making really huge changes to people's behavior, but I think that's the wildest one I've heard of so far! How interesting... My friend who studies dietary healing hypothesized that I had the reaction because spicy foods are naturally detoxif...

Interesting comparison of spicy foods to tickling, I think you might be onto something! My experience is somewhat unusual, in that my tolerance for spicy foods abruptly reversed itself about a year ago. Prior to that time, I loved spicy foods! Indian, Mexican, and Thai were my favorites. I was such ...

Yeah. I'm aware of those songs listed. I can "hear" their modulations. You had said modern rock, though. I thought you meant from the modern rock bands. A lot of those modulated tracks from MJ, Genesis, Queen etc are quite old, no? I don't know much about modern rock (maybe you are confusing me wit...

@izzeme - you wrote "most modern and rock music switches around or alternates between different keys." I didn't know that. Shows how old I am! Which songs are you speaking about? Just curious. I found this for you with Google: http://www.buzzfeed.com/akdobbins/12-greatest-key-changes-in-pop-music

Musical "key" is the home-base or "one" to which the music returns or "resolves" at the end of the piece. For example if you are listening to "Mozart Symphony in C Major" then you can bet the final chord will be a big C Major chord! The key also tells you which notes will be sharp, flat, or natural....

Hi there, I've been an insomnia sufferer for many years, here is my advice: First and foremost, see your doctor to rule out a medical cause. In my case, the insomnia was a symptom of an underlying health problem. Now that I have that under control, my insomnia has reduced from several times a week t...

I must be lacking, somehow. I ate a completely vegan diet for an entire year, and I felt no different. Not one whit. The argument is that a raw vegan diet, because none of the food is heated, that it contains more "enzymes" or "life force" or whatever, and that's where the energy buzz comes from. N...
