I think I mighta found something that works. Listening to this with proper stereo headphones: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=frhYDMAUAhg can other people test this out to verify. It seems to be working for me. Whether thats the placebo effect or not, i couldn't care less, as long as it keeps workin... |

From a pharmacological standpoint, its a mystery how iboga works. It binds to all kinds of receptors including NMDA (antagonist), sigma (antagonist), SERT (inhibitor). From a spiritual and psychological standpoint its an even bigger mystery. Theres a whole lot about the human brain, mind and this wo... |

I got it from being on medications (dexedrine, trazodone, mirtazapine and others) for 6 years. I seem to have wreaked havoc on my dopamine receptors. Antipsychotics give bad akathisia by blocking dopamine receptors I believe. I feel for you deeply noodler. Must be a nightmare having to deal with tha... |

I know the feeling. I went from being insanely sensitive to numb as a rock too. Have you heard of ibogaine? People who say theres no such thing as a miracle substance clearly haven't heard of iboga/ibogaine. It resets the brain and brings one back to where they were before they became psychologicall... |

Does anyone here deal with this unholy symptom? I seem to have an extremely mild case of it, but its still pretty maddening. If it gets intense I feel like offing myself to make it end. Kinda feels like I'm about to explode. Does anyone know any sustainable remedies for it? I know a thousand tempora... |

Ah I wouldn't worry about it. I've been hearing voices for years. They come and go. Mine often talk non stop s**t, they've been training me to not care about what anyone thinks of me. When I truly don't care what anyone thinks of me, they don't bother me at all. |

Yup, I concur that you didn't say anything that bad - and to answer SkipNip's question - I'm guessing the adults incorrectly associate a preference for a young, beautiful woman with something that leans towards sexual, which is of course ridiculous in a small child. I think the silence was them exp... |

Emotional pain? Do you have someone near by who can help you with this? You sound very depressed. Just want to let you know someone out here cares. Sorta, but it's complicated. I've recently been diagnosed with anemia, which could be making things worse. There must be medication that can help you. ... |

I don't believe in sin, I think thats just fairy tale nonsense designed to control people through fear. Suicide isn't murder. Its your life, if you want to end it then its your choice, theres nothing wrong with it. The way I see it though, if you are at the point where you're considering suicide, th... |

I don't find people wearing sunglasses any more difficult to read than people without them, is it like this for everyone here? This might be an easy way for someone to find out if they're on the spectrum or not. Neurotypicals seem to be able to get a lot of information from peoples eyes. I read a bo... |

I thought there was a medication forum here. I'm on dexedrine and while it remedies my ADHD really well, it makes loads of my other symptoms worse, most notable my social traits. I can barely talk to people when I'm on dexedrine. When it wears off complety my social skills go up by about 500%. I exp... |

My psychiatrist has retired. He specialised in autism and ADHD. From now on, should I go to a regular psychiatrist, or go to another one who specialises in autism? |
