What now?
What are you up to now?

Are you going to make this a habit of yours every nighttime?

I kept being reminded that I was right and I got what I want. Sure, I still get annoyed, irritated, discomfortable, confused, scared, worried, anxious, hurt... But it's just... Easier. A way easier 'existence'. It's easier for me to feel now that I don't have to fight it anymore. And I like it.

The trait of struggling with body language is called dyssemia. The trait of struggling with verbal social cues -- I wonder if there's a specific term for that... SCD cannot be diagnosed in conjunction with autism spectrum disorder after all. Not all autistics have dyssemia. It's a common misconcepti...

It's not wrong to desire a cure and be allistic. It's not wrong to achieve the things your peers did. However... One shouldn't assume that a cure will guarantee to grant you the life you imagined it to be. Caring too much on this statement will put themselves in a pitfall of despair and self blame, ...

I'm single and with no kids. No intentions to enter any relationship and get married. No intentions to conceive or adopt any child. I'm somewhat considered 'young' in this age group. To me, if it happens, it happens. If it didn't, it didn't and no regrets if ever. Planning on living alone? As an eld...

Somehow, today, I forgot that I barely had any sleep last night. Like barely 2 hrs at most.

It currently doesn't fit with my usual symptoms of sleep deprivation.

I used to consider if I have all the same 3 labels. For years. But I had high doubts that I actually had ADHD and BPD -- that I'm only autistic who happened to be "ill" in some way, it exacerbates my executive dysfunction and is emulating ADHD and BPD like symptoms. My own age, my history,...

Yup. You and me are not the same person. We're just occupying the same space. I'm the experiencer and you're a part of the vessel for the experience to happen. That anxiety was damn annoying. Why hide deep sadness with THAT ??? Come on. I know you lot misbehave, but come on!!... Sure it's over but I...

I had . And had to let it go. Not all at once; it goes through few phases. My coping strategy was simply utter cynical apathy that not doing such as I had it mind meant harming themselves -- and I'll just let them be. I used to think everyone can just get over themselves. Especially since I'm ...

Update: The most absurd thing was... What this creepy fear is hiding -- was this deep sadness and mourning to whatever I witnessed. The lives that were cut short, the misfortune, the accidents that did happened, their painful deaths -- and these people never get to live with their loved ones ever ag...

It's midnight. I binged contents that creeps the heck out of me now that I had to deal with it tonight. This is one of the rare moments that I feel intense anxiety. AD(H)D symptoms can came from many sources. Ranging from innate neurodivergence, chronic health issues, to trauma related symptoms around executive dysfunction. In my own case -- yeah, I considered if I did have it myself due to high incidence, overlaps, and my life so far. But I had high doubts bec...
