As long as it's an NT based Windows I'm OK. I utterly detest Windows 95, 98, and ME.

All my life and once again tonight, when alphas do their #$%# posturing and chest-thumping, I back down. The jerk who lives upstairs didn't all-out pick a fight, but was posturing and subtly asking me to shovel walks, water his plants, etc. This is the same guy who stole my parking space and laughe...

i've no idea where the idea that genetics plays a large role in 'general fitness' comes from. can anyone show me a good reason to believe it? i know there are certain genetic conditions that make things harder etc but are there a large enough number of them that could explain a genetic spectrum of ...

I'm just talking about people with seriously poor genes i doubt there is a single person on the planet that can do exercise that won't benefit from it. like kurgan says they are not doing the right thing for them. like everything it is a trade off, eg runners may have a slightly higher chance of jo...

That is considered rape in some jurisdictions.

Sooo... square peg met round hole, got hammered through the round hole and now looks enough like a round peg that all the other round pegs think it's just a cool round peg with hipster splitery edges, but in reality it's really just a square peg with busted up edges who has worked pretty hard to ge...

I did go to HS football games for 2 years. I had to since I was on the team.
I skipped the prom every year.
I did go to 1 dance for about 5 minutes. It was a home coming dance after the game and I was coerced to go in (it was free).
I wanted to skip graduation, but I was not allowed.

I would love to return but my mind says "no". For now i'm playing Lord of the Rings online, which is free. It's alot of fun. For some reason though i find myself creeping closer to starting WoW again. I just don't really want to try it anymore because i'll know i'll start to like doing pointless th...

And if theres men 40-60 theres also women 40-60. it quite simple actually  If ONLY popular media had enforced quotas so that equal numbers of different age groups were represented. But alas...we do not live in fairyland. actually they do... http://cache.blippitt.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/04/...

The only tip I really like is the ' go to the gym' tip, because that really has results, somewhat. I've going to the gym for 4 months now and I must say that I like what my body is becoming, despite the fact that developing muscles isn't even my true purpose for going to the gym. Instead of a fat b...

Currently, I use C, C#, SQL, vbscript, XML, and reading various micro-controller assembly languages via the C compiler output listings. Occasionally I use Java. Most of my undergrad used Ada. I've used many other languages over the years.

A celebration like that can also turn into rioting or burning cars, etc in the US. Look at the behavior of the people of certain cities when their sports team wins a championship.

After you delete the message, try logging out and then back in. See if it still there. I had a message that would keep reappearing until I did that. My standard MOO is to leave myself logged in without logging out explicitly. I just close the browser.

I think personally that being a female in the spectrum is harder in terms of social expectations. And I think this not only because I am female but because people expect a lot more socially from females and because we learn how to gloss over our difficulties, generally, we fall between the cracks. ...

The Olympics have different sports from what is normally televised. It's not as if there is a professional gymnastics, Tae Kwan do, Judo, or weight lifting seasons where you can watch them for a few months out of the year. Simply because I think soccer, hockey, basketball, etc... sucks to watch does...

Given that these desir...
