I still take sertraline and buspiron- they've kept me fairly functional for years. Xanax worked as a short term fix. I've tried other meds with less luck

The biggest headline is that nothing changes much. Age may bring some wisdom but we are ultimately who we are. Just hopefully appreciative of the time we have had and what future we hold.

It's definitely a constant frustration and I always have to be cognizant that people may have an impression of me that is not reflective of who I am. Instead of depressed I fluctuate between annoyance and resignation.

I hate condescending people. The odd thing is that it seems like some people who hate being condescended to the most are so guilty themselves.
