I am NT in a relationship with an Aspie. It took my boyfriend weeks to work up the courage to ask me out even though he would chat with my alot online at work. At first it was hard to figure out if he was flirting. I eventually asked him right out, "are you flirting with me?" . Even then he didn't ...

Give the boy a chance. It's not like he knows what he's doing he's probably trying to figure out whatever it is that he's supposed to do. If he is anything like I was at that age he'd LOVE for you to tell him that you're interested. The real worst that could happen though is a little worse than him ...

Aye, but f**k it right? I've got some pretty big goals in this life. I want to be a distinguished writer and scientist. That means having to deal with the perilous world of other people. This entails having to get good at all the tools of the trade for said dealings. Even if you don't plan on picki...

As I said this isn't about conformity or non conformity, it's about realizing that fashion is an indicator of status and expression in the real world. There is universal standard and a cultural standard to fashion and whilst you may not agree, many people find the universal standard to be attractiv...

That, or end up a spinster. You are on a forum for people who are here specifically because their brains f...

My only official diagnosis is SAD and I was put on Paxil which both did and didn't help and the withdrawals are freaky. As I am gifted I've mostly been ignored. I'm just starting to carve out my niche in society as I am 26 and it took me a little longer than most to get through college. I've found w...

You will always be judged for not being/thinking like other people want you to. The further you mind is from the main stream the more people will try to pull you back in. It's painful and it's frustrating. For a more discordian way of going about it prepare an hour long lecture on the benefits of be...

C# is a great language for writing business applications. Large amounts of code can be done in a small amount of time with limited resources. I however doubt it's efficacy for game programming certain things are made very difficult with the so eloquently put "hand holding classes" that you end up ha...
